Many RTOs do not realise they MUST provide an RPL pathway to their students for all qualifications on their scope – and the RPL kit is the essential tool to facilitate your assessors to make valid judgements of prior learning and competence!
These RPL kits are written with one set of assessment documents per unit so you have flexibility in packaging. It breaks down performance criteria into easy-to-answer questions, plus provides your students with instructions to make evidence submission simple.
The BSB41415 RPL Kits includes:
- RPL Assessment Workbooks– one assessment workbook per unit, incorporates a mix of appropriate RPL assessment methods including written questions, evidence gathering and submission instructions, and third-party observation of skills.
- RPL Assessor Guides– assessor documents with instructions and marking guides (including mapping) to make valid judgements of prior learning/competence.
- RPL Candidate Guide– set of tools to help your students commence the RPL process, includes a welcome pack, RPL assessment workbook guide, authority to release form, RPL assessment candidate guide, and RPL candidate declaration and request form
- Assessment Mapping Tools– map every element and PC to specific questions, submissions, and reports within the RPL kit so you can easily show where unit requirements are assessed.
You will receive the BSB41415 on an unlimited student license with NO ongoing or annual fees! You will be able to assess RPL for as many students as you want within your RTO.
