Without adequate contextualisation, RTOs risk delivering generic content that fails to equip learners with job-specific skills. Poorly contextualised resources can lead to disengaged students, lower completion rates, and non-compliance risks. All these, in turn, can lead to increased scrutiny from regulatory bodies and potential reputational damage. Learners are also affected as they may complete a course with minimal practical skills applicable to their chosen fields.
