Built Around Real Workplace Contexts

The Standards for RTOs require training and assessment to reflect genuine workplace conditions, current industry practices and the expectations learners will encounter in employment. For this area of practice, authentic workplace learning means examining how financial products and services may be exposed to money laundering and terrorism financing risks.

Our FNSINC512 training materials help trainers connect learning with genuine workplace activities, including reviewing product features, identifying customer and transaction risks, analysing risk indicators, documenting findings and reporting concerns through appropriate internal channels. Activities can be adapted to reflect the policies, procedures and regulatory obligations relevant to each learner cohort.

Banks and Credit Unions

In retail and institutional banking, staff may assess deposit accounts, lending products, payment services and customer access channels for vulnerabilities that could be exploited for illicit purposes.

FNSINC512 RTO training materials help trainers contextualise learning through product risk reviews, customer scenario analysis, transaction monitoring examples and documented escalation activities that reflect banking compliance environments.

Financial Planning and Broking Practices

Financial planners, mortgage brokers and investment businesses need to consider how client onboarding, advice services, managed investments and funds transfers may create money laundering or terrorism financing exposure.

The FNSINC512 training resources support practical activities involving client identification information, service risk assessment, source-of-funds considerations and the preparation of clear workplace records for supervisory review.

Remittance and Fintech Businesses

Remittance providers and fintech organisations often manage fast-moving digital transactions, international transfers and technology-enabled products that require careful assessment of vulnerabilities and controls.

Trainers can use the FNSINC512 learning materials to explore digital payment scenarios, jurisdictional risks, unusual transaction patterns and control weaknesses, while adapting assessment evidence to the systems and procedures used in the learner’s workplace.

Any Delivery Mode

The editable resources support classroom delivery, workplace delivery, blended learning and online delivery. Trainers can contextualise learning activities, examples and assessments for their learner cohort, using relevant products, procedures, regulatory settings and workplace documentation. These RTO resources help maintain a practical connection between learning and the financial services environments in which learners operate.

Hear What RTOs Say About Our Awesome RTO Training Materials

Just sharing my experience with these resources. The resources that we have purchased from RTO Learning Materials were expectional during audit and mainly when these were implemented with trainers and students. At start it was a bit hard for our trainer's to fully absorb these resources as they are very detailed as compared to the old ones that we have been using but once trainers were able to complete their learning it was a piece of cake to collect and collate evidence from students. Furthermore, during our pre-validation meetings we have also observed that the learning component is very well covered thereby providing enough information for our trainers to keep students engaged at all times. I would also like to highlight a staff member from sales team 'Mr. Amar Shah' who has been exceptional in his service and goes beyond his call of duty. Thank you Amar and RTO Learning Materials for all your support. Regards, Amit Thakur
