Development Project Manager
Bea contributes to training resource development through her role at Compliant Learning Resources, bringing together her background in instructional design and project management. Her experience gives her a practical understanding of how training materials are built, reviewed, and refined for use in real-world vocational training environments.
Her earlier work as an instructional designer gave her hands-on knowledge of assessment tools, validation processes, and vocational training requirements. This foundation helps her manage projects with a strong awareness of both content quality and the development work needed behind each resource.
In her current role, Bea supports development workflows, coordinates project progress, and helps ensure training materials are shaped with consistency, structure, and usability in mind. She helps keep resource development organised while supporting the teams responsible for producing practical materials for the VET sector.
