In her work at Compliant Learning Resources, Karis develops learning resources and assessment tools across a range of industries. She focuses on creating materials that are structured, practical, and aligned with how learners engage with information in real training contexts.
Karis also brings experience in project leadership, having supported and coached learning content writers, monitored assessment tool development projects, and contributed to process improvements. This gives her a strong understanding of both the content development side of resource development and the coordination needed to keep projects efficient, consistent, and on track.
