Lei brings a warm, learner-focused approach to training resource development, shaped by her background in teaching, curriculum writing, and instructional design. Her experience working with young learners, tutorial students, and students with Autism Spectrum Disorder gives her a thoughtful understanding of how content can be adapted to meet different learning needs.
