Built Around Real Workplace Contexts

The Standards for RTOs require training and assessment to reflect genuine workplace conditions, current industry expectations and the way tasks are performed in practice. For CHCEDS053 Assist in production of language resources, this means creating opportunities for learners to work with language knowledge, community input and cultural protocols in authentic workplace settings.

Our CHCEDS053 training materials help trainers connect learning with activities such as consulting language speakers, planning resource content, recording and transcribing language, checking translations, documenting permissions and reviewing resources with community representatives. These RTO resources support practical delivery while allowing trainers to use local languages, protocols and workplace processes.

Indigenous Language Centres

Language centres may produce dictionaries, storybooks, recordings, teaching aids, signage and digital resources in collaboration with Elders and language custodians. Learners need to understand how to gather information respectfully, follow agreed protocols and contribute accurately to resource development.

Trainers can use the CHCEDS053 RTO training materials to contextualise activities around local consultation processes, recording methods, transcription conventions, approvals and quality checks used by the language centre.

Schools and Community Education Programs

Schools and community education programs may develop language resources for classroom use, family learning, cultural programs and community events. Learners can assist with preparing vocabulary lists, lesson materials, audio recordings, visual resources and supporting documentation.

The CHCEDS053 training resources help trainers frame learning and assessment around real resource-production tasks, including checking suitability for the intended audience, incorporating feedback and ensuring content is presented in an appropriate cultural and educational context.

Cultural Organisations and Heritage Services

Museums, cultural centres and heritage organisations may create exhibitions, public information materials, audio guides and digital content that include local language. Learners must contribute carefully while maintaining cultural authority, accurate language use and clear records of source information and permissions.

Using the CHCEDS053 learning materials, trainers can develop workplace scenarios involving resource planning, information handling, consultation with cultural representatives, proofreading and documenting changes before materials are released.

Any Delivery Mode

The editable resources support classroom delivery, workplace delivery, blended learning and online delivery. Trainers can contextualise learning activities, examples and assessments for their learner cohort, including local language practices, community protocols, workplace roles and the resources produced in their own training environment.

Hear What RTOs Say About Our Awesome RTO Training Materials

Just sharing my experience with these resources. The resources that we have purchased from RTO Learning Materials were expectional during audit and mainly when these were implemented with trainers and students. At start it was a bit hard for our trainer's to fully absorb these resources as they are very detailed as compared to the old ones that we have been using but once trainers were able to complete their learning it was a piece of cake to collect and collate evidence from students. Furthermore, during our pre-validation meetings we have also observed that the learning component is very well covered thereby providing enough information for our trainers to keep students engaged at all times. I would also like to highlight a staff member from sales team 'Mr. Amar Shah' who has been exceptional in his service and goes beyond his call of duty. Thank you Amar and RTO Learning Materials for all your support. Regards, Amit Thakur
