Built Around Real Workplace Contexts

The Standards for RTOs require training and assessment to reflect genuine workplace conditions, current industry expectations and the way work is actually performed. For this unit, learners need opportunities to practise coordinating leisure and health programs in environments where participant needs, safety, communication and program outcomes influence day-to-day decisions.

Our CHCLAH006 Coordinate planning, implementation and monitoring of leisure and health programs training materials help trainers connect learning with genuine workplace activities, including consulting with participants and colleagues, identifying program needs, planning activities, coordinating resources, documenting implementation, monitoring participation and outcomes, and reporting on improvements. The CHCLAH006 training resources support practical discussion and assessment around inclusive program delivery, risk management, feedback and changing participant requirements.

Community Recreation Centres

In community recreation centres, learners may coordinate group activities, wellbeing sessions and inclusive leisure programs for people with varied interests, abilities and support needs.

The CHCLAH006 RTO training materials help trainers contextualise learning through program planning meetings, participant consultations, activity schedules, resource coordination, attendance records and reviews of participation outcomes. Assessment can be aligned with the centre’s procedures, facilities, staffing arrangements and community demographics.

Aged Care and Residential Support Services

Within aged care and residential support settings, leisure and health programs need to reflect individual preferences, functional capacity, cultural considerations, clinical guidance and changing health needs.

Trainers can use the CHCLAH006 learning materials to explore how learners gather information, work with care teams, adapt activities, communicate with participants and document monitoring results. Activities can be contextualised around person-centred planning, consent, safety checks, incident reporting and feedback from residents, families and support staff.

Disability and Community Health Programs

Disability and community health providers coordinate programs that support participation, independence, social connection and wellbeing across individual and group settings.

The CHCLAH006 training materials support workplace-based scenarios involving stakeholder communication, accessible activity planning, implementation challenges, progress monitoring and program evaluation. Trainers can align learning and assessment with participant goals, support plans, organisational documentation and the responsibilities of relevant health and community service workers.

Any Delivery Mode

The editable RTO resources support classroom delivery, workplace delivery, blended learning and online delivery. Trainers can contextualise learning activities, examples and assessments for their learner cohort, workplace environment, participant group and delivery requirements.

Hear What RTOs Say About Our Awesome RTO Training Materials

Just sharing my experience with these resources. The resources that we have purchased from RTO Learning Materials were expectional during audit and mainly when these were implemented with trainers and students. At start it was a bit hard for our trainer's to fully absorb these resources as they are very detailed as compared to the old ones that we have been using but once trainers were able to complete their learning it was a piece of cake to collect and collate evidence from students. Furthermore, during our pre-validation meetings we have also observed that the learning component is very well covered thereby providing enough information for our trainers to keep students engaged at all times. I would also like to highlight a staff member from sales team 'Mr. Amar Shah' who has been exceptional in his service and goes beyond his call of duty. Thank you Amar and RTO Learning Materials for all your support. Regards, Amit Thakur
