Built Around Real Workplace Contexts

The Standards for RTOs require training and assessment to reflect genuine workplace conditions, current industry expectations and the way tasks are performed on site. For this work, learners need opportunities to practise authentic workplace activities such as preparing surfaces, setting out tile patterns, selecting tools and materials, applying adhesive, installing tiles and completing clean-up safely.

Our CPCCCM2013 training materials help trainers connect learning with genuine construction activities, including interpreting plans and job instructions, checking surfaces, calculating quantities, using cutting equipment, applying adhesive and grout, communicating with supervisors and reporting completed work. The resources support practical delivery of CPCCCM2013 Undertake basic installation of wall tiles in ways that reflect typical site procedures and quality requirements.

Residential Construction and Renovation Sites

Wall tiling is commonly undertaken in residential bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and other wet areas, where learners must work to measurements, layouts, surface conditions and client requirements.

CPCCCM2013 RTO training materials help trainers contextualise learning and assessment around room preparation, tile set-out, substrate checks, safe tool use, adhesive application, grouting and communicating with supervisors or other trades on a residential site.

Commercial Building and Fit-Out Projects

Commercial projects require wall tiling to be coordinated with construction schedules, other trades, site access requirements and documented quality expectations.

Using CPCCCM2013 training resources, trainers can frame activities around reading job information, planning work sequences, checking materials, managing work areas, completing tile installations consistently and recording issues or variations for the site supervisor.

Maintenance and Refurbishment Work

Maintenance and refurbishment work may involve removing damaged tiles, assessing existing surfaces, preparing substrates and matching replacement tiles within occupied or operational buildings.

CPCCCM2013 learning materials support contextualised scenarios involving inspection, measurements, surface preparation, controlled removal, waste management, customer or client communication and final checks against workplace instructions.

Any Delivery Mode

The editable RTO resources support classroom delivery, workplace delivery, blended learning and online delivery. Trainers can contextualise learning activities, examples and assessments for their learner cohort, available facilities, construction environment and the expectations of local employers.

Hear What RTOs Say About Our Awesome RTO Training Materials

Just sharing my experience with these resources. The resources that we have purchased from RTO Learning Materials were expectional during audit and mainly when these were implemented with trainers and students. At start it was a bit hard for our trainer's to fully absorb these resources as they are very detailed as compared to the old ones that we have been using but once trainers were able to complete their learning it was a piece of cake to collect and collate evidence from students. Furthermore, during our pre-validation meetings we have also observed that the learning component is very well covered thereby providing enough information for our trainers to keep students engaged at all times. I would also like to highlight a staff member from sales team 'Mr. Amar Shah' who has been exceptional in his service and goes beyond his call of duty. Thank you Amar and RTO Learning Materials for all your support. Regards, Amit Thakur
