Registered training organisations (RTOs) must revise their curricula to incorporate updated qualifications and units. This involves updating TLI training materials, assessment strategies, and possibly retraining instructors to deliver the new content effectively. Specifically, RTOs should:
- Update Scope of Registration: Incorporate the latest version into your registration scope
- Monitor Transition Period: Ensure learners transition to the updated version within a 12-month time frame.
- Manage Deleted Products: Permit learners in discontinued qualifications or units to complete their courses within one year for skill sets and two years for qualifications.
- Add New Qualifications: Apply to add new, non-equivalent qualifications and units to your registration scope.
